Didn't get New Atlantis Penthouse

I completed the UC Vanguard storyline. Got my citizenship. Was to told to visit the realtor. But I was never given keys to the penthouse. The realtor just says she can't sell it to me because it's Gov't owned.

Anyone else have this problem?

Sounds pretty realistic for a bug.

So today I got into the game and had a new UC thread that wasn't there before and closed out the deal. Maybe I overlooked it? I really don't think I did though. I claim innocence. :D

The bug happens after the "high price to pay" mission. Should be safe to store and arrange things in the penthouse after.

You're talking about Mercury Tower right? If so, you have to go back to the male realtor, who'll first give you a side mission. When you do that, go back to him and he should give you the keys.

My problem may be a mod issue dealing with the penthouse remodel and furnish mod in Creations. Completed A Legacy Forged but Zora at Aphelion Realty won't talk to me at all. She just stares and walks away. No dialog for getting my penthouse. Any workaround?
