NG+ Fix MOD that actually makes NG+ way better AND you keep your gear. These LITERALLY make the game better.

StarUI and StarHud come to mind.

But it's not quite time yet for essential lists. I've seen some of those lists on YouTube mention .esp mods that were created with xEdit versions for FO4 and those will most definitely destroy savegames once mod tools for this game are officially out.

I think the MODS that make the game more difficult and expand gameplay loop the best ones. Overall the biggest issue for me was how easy and simple the ai was. Increasing difficulty and AI more than making more hp sponges was essential for me to keep playing.

For some people an FOV mod is truly essential because they get nauseous without it.

Also nice if you don't want to feel like you are playing with horse blinders on.
