i think it is Venus for 1:100 hours. Bessel iii-b for 1:54 hours is the longest i've found without needing outpost skills

You can just have a quarters hab of any kind on your ship and use the slow rotation also without needing to build a bed in an x-treme environment - the beginning Frontier works
