Bug in the Striker questline (Neon).
If u start the Strikers Quest in neon... talk to the guy and dont leave the bar. the door closes if u leave and u cant open it . u need to use "no clip" to finish the quest afterwards. or the Unlock command . dont do the same mistake like me .

u could use consol commant to unlock it
open the console and klick on the door. then type unlock to open it
