Please let us abandon certain quests or let us kill NPCs to fail them so we never get them again.
Yannick for instance needs to become killable. It's rediculous that 80+% of NPCs are essential because they have a quest tied to them.

Yeah, I could understand for the Main quest, but it's like there is no real "quest failed" possibilities in general

Agreed, its kinda common sense for any bethesda game to have this function given how badly their games perform at times but somehow... here we are, yet an other ip without the ability to abbandon a quest in any form or way.

Its a way of killing bugs. You want less bugs but Bethesda isn't aloud to cut corners?

The only way to avoid it would be to yeet yourself down into the water below and use one of the elevators. You can also never come out the spaceport entrance or go into it ever again, ever. Period. or else you'll pick it up. You can technically do this on your first run.

The first quest in the series is the one you get when you first go through the spaceport entrance, a guy is being held up by Neon Security. To avoid getting the quest series from Yannick, you can never pick up that quest.

The only way to avoid it would be.....
- Leave Nesher in jail
- Never talk to Legrande

That worked just fine for me one game. Oh there is an activity you aint done in your log? Get over it, there aint a Bethesda game made that does not leave an open ended quest in your log.

FYI there is quite a few quests that permanently reside in your activity log. They do that to let people wanting the notice it ran the timer and ready to do again.

Why should I have to lose my activity log reminders just because you do not want to see a

Letting people cancel or abandon it just make it people can screw their game up. Let us say they get half way through the quest certain scripts have run and such then the player decides to abandon the quest. Well the script was never resolved for starters and then what happens when the player changes their mind again and tries taking the quest again.

Then of course you have he do part of quest, abandon, retake the quest for an exploit.

I know right? They complain about bugs yet want features and designs that will definitely cause more.
