Trespassing?

I've been all over the galaxy and walked my way into places I don't think I should have been (private residences, security station, back offices, etc) and not once have I gotten in trouble for trespassing. Is this feature actually implemented?

Not that i´m aware of. Walking into the security station and getting some early digipicks, ammo and stuff is usually the first thing i do when arriving at new atlantis :)

No, i have had moments where i actually was trespassing into area's while not being in a mission location but they dont come up often.

No. But there's a lot of trespassing in them.

Ryujin questline, but it was bugged for me. After that the "trespassing" message came up in Neon for the next 20h. And every citizen was like : "I have an eye on YOU!", or "Hey you there!" or "You shouldn't be there!".

I actually belive some streamer I watched ran into a place where he was trespassing, but I havnt noticed many places that you actually can trespass in myself.

There are Trespassing areas

It's implemented. Walk onto the some of the fishing docks in Neon, you'll get yelled at and nabbed. Recall being yelled at a bit elsewhere as well so I left the area. NPCs usually don't threaten unless they mean business I've learned.

I remember I walked by a fishery once and I went in to take a look and they shooed me away ;o

Yes, if you go into the fenced area in Neon owned by Xenofresh (I think thats the name of the company) before picking up the quest to get a job there, it'll tell you you are trespassing and the Neon security patrolling the premise will become hostile if you linger.

There are VERY few trespassing areas, but they do exist.

I dunno man, I been doing missions all day that I was trespassing somewhere. Have you done the Ryujin faction quests on Neon?
