How to clear ALL bounty?

I've checked several times with the terminals and it said I have no bounty to pay. But after just landing on Neon, the security lady told me there's a bounty on my head and I should do something about it. How is that possible?

I already know my bounty can be in any faction, but I've checked the star map and there's no number in both the Freestar Collective and UC. Am I missing something?

By the way, Sysdef is hostile towards me ever since I refused to work with them, but I've never attacked any of their ships. Maybe I'll finally find a way to bury the hatchet with them

Its easy to get a bounty with a stray shot in space or ground combat. Not sure about "checking the star map". You should check a bounty kiosk in FC and UC.

Check the one in New Atlantis. I know we can't clear bounties in a system controlled by the authority that issued them.

Still nothing, same with Akila. Even the guard says there's no bounty. Maybe I don't have it after all but this would mean that either the lady at Neon was bugged or there's something going on with the Sysdef

How do you know she was talking to you? I tend to ignore the chatter unless I get an "Activity" from it.

She was messing with your head. Since you don't have a bounty, ignore it.

Alright, is there any way to stop Sysdef from being hostile though? I simply refused their offer but never attacked them

There's a known bug related to what that Neon security guard says. It's happened to a lot of people. You can safely ignore it.

Hostiles should clear their attitude after awhile. Did you try leaving that area so that it unloads, sleep for 24 hours? save/reload and go back there?

Just found out in a IGN walkthrough that they become permanently hostile if I refuse the offer. What a pity
