Cant enable fluid motion
Hi, i cant make this game work with fluid motion, vsinc is off, HDR off, changed the .ini file for the game to run on fullscreen (i guess) and made read only, and still get the error, saying display not suported "the game needs vsync off and exclusive fullscreen". I have a rx6600 and the new preview drivers.

Wrong. Fluid Motion is available for 6xxx series

@OP the game does not have an exclusive fullscreen mode. That is why it wont work properly.

The only thing you can't do is enable true fullscreen!!

By default the game starts iin Borderless screen = Exclusive fullscreen accordingly to amd and many others !!

Wich makes sense, since RSR fullscreen → borderless ONLY works in that game setting !!

I have had this happen where FMF would not enable for the game. Rebooting my PC resolved it.

Borderless and exclusive are two different functions in windows. EG exclusive mode works with Alt-tabbing to desktop. Borderless does not, and requires an open window to tab to.

Err... even though it isn't explecite mentioned in "some" games...
but have you ever heard of Borderless→Exclusive← in fullscreen mode ehh?

And no, it certainly isn't windowed fullscreen if you set your game to that display mode !!
Try and get to desktop by tapping alt-tab .. you won't succeed, if the game is trully borderless-exclusive mode !

Only Windows key + D gets you there .. And still, that doesn't alway's work !

No where in this entire tube you see references to the so claimed gpu they are using !!
I find that suspicious... if you want to make an bold claim, you should atleast capture the specs of the gpu aswell ..

However , HYPR-RX only is availbable on RDNA3 / 7000 cards or newer..
Unless, you have an APU CPU... and there ← lies the confusion !!

HYPR-X enables AFMF+Boost+AL+AL+

That or AMD like to confuse ppl...

That is from the original driver release. It was updated twice afterwards, and the first of those added 6000-series support.
