Where is the actual bug fixes. improvements and roadmap?!
Why is Bethesda so quiet and slow about this.. :FH5DangerSign::FH5DangerSign:
I still have a bunch of hard and soft locks for both main and side quest that i cant progress.. Example:
- Walter Stroud that wont end conversation in "All that money can buy",
- The mantis ship that you can't acquire.
- King Meets Rook quest of the Crimson Fleet questline where the ship Ragana wont spawn.

And how about my own ship that sometimes get the inaccessible docker and my crew and passanger is not visible on the ship..?!

Then there are the things like City maps, Ship's misc item spamm when building ship, Rearrange the interior/doors of your ship,

I really wanna enjoy the game, but the amount of bugs i start to encounter after 120+ hours is driving me nuts and to a negative review!

It's been nearly two months, and nothing. No fixes.
I'm stuck at a 100 hours into the game in a PLETHORA game-breaking quest progression bugs. And their millionaire bottoms are probably on holiday.

Bethesda, in my mind, has completely spent their good-faith credits with Starfield.

The are working on the mod tools which will keep the game alive then work on dlc to make money. If they cared they would pump out gamebreaking bugs fixes faster. Like other companies are able to.

Roadmap:
  1. Stick fingers in ears, go "la la la"
  2. Drink latte
  3. Continue to sell game
  4. Design new T-shirts
  5. Drink latte
  6. Work on DLC (stuff you ripped out before launch)
  7. Spend 5-10 minutes fixing bugs
  8. Drink latte
  9. Check bank account online, giggle to yourself a little
  10. Plan next overpriced vacation
  11. Send someone else to get you another latte
That's what I imagine Todd's day is like right now. Minus working on the DLC. Minus fixing bugs.

tldr; Bethesda won't ever publish a roadmap, they aren't beholden to the players or their fans. Patches (real ones, not hotfixes) take a while and rarely ever significantly change the game.

How short memories are Bethesda never fixed the bugs in skyrim or fallout 4 why do you think they would do it with this game? Their motto is put just enough game together and let the mod community fix it for free, while Todd Howard laughs all the way at the bank, because for some reason you think the next game will be better the joke is on you people.

Well, the bug fixes have been rolling out in a light trickle.

Improvements are either a work-in-progress or will be addressed by the modding community come the CK. It also depends on what you consider an "improvement", as some folk may like a thing you don't just the way it is.

As for the roadmap - that's all folded up and back in the glovebox, as the game is complete and released. Only WIP/EA games have roadmaps, usually on Trello, and almost never actually updated. So you can stop asking for a roadmap, there won't be one.

agreed the bugs are ridiculous. I have multiple quests I cant hand in as the ability to use lifts, doors etc is just gone despite reloading saves etc. Had npcs fall out of my ship when docking to stations, npcs are mostly in their underwear, things are labelled incorrectly (green vases labelled white) all items in rooms flying to one side when entering the room and that's before we even start on the extensive performance issues

Best inform the customer and produce a roadmap or be left on the side of the road in my future.

Never again will be my answer to you beth's da game stupes.

Posts like this are put up bout every game on the forum... Game runs fine, does not need patching except in a few small areas that are mostly player induced issues.

Road maps only make people complain about anything that may change or be delayed.
It's best not ever having one.
Werewolf Moms Oct 21, 2023 @ 11:27am
roadmaps are for games that aim to add microtransactions and the "early access" tag

as far as large content alterations it's probably going to take some time as bethesda's patch window seems to be once a month

It released perfect.

1 extra year for polish. All QA staff from across the Xbox company testing. Runs great with optimisation, may need new hardware. Generation defining RPG.

If it isn't great must be a you problem.

(This is sarcasm based on searchable facts).

Never see my dime again either.
THIS was a SCAM

A hundred bucks for a broken game.
