i can find no data on it, i have found an Adv Orion (similar rifle) but not the Eon
even the websites i looked at only show up to a Refined tier (so far)

The Eon, Rattler, Sidestar, and Equinox can't generate an advanced variant. I believe they only go up to Refined. This is really annoying because it means half of the pistols in the game are needlessly capped in power.

Yep and like most the guns - pointless.

Wait for the mods to fix/balance all the weapons, cause obviously 9 years was not enough time to play test....

handguns are the smallest of the small arms weapons, if they left them out on purpose i would think its just to balance handgun /rifle /heavyweapon

i do see some hand guns that go to advanced, but not the 27cal's :P

Forget advanced eons. I'm 360+ hours, level 93, on, NG+10, and only have seen one hard target(calibrated), and one magsniper(on a vendor).

I love the magsniper..... That thing is awesome. Mine does over 1100 damage per shot. :D I see them occasionally at vendors, but, I miss my legendary AA-99...... I haven't seen another one since the initial playthrough. (no NG+ 3 at the moment, and level 112.)

i can find almost any gun fairly easily, i have 4+ dealers i can 'cycle' by waiting
its a bit cheezy but works

You can also quick save before talking to them, it is usually faster than waiting...

If you're open to using mods, there is now a mod that adds the Advanced versions of those weapons for which the game originally didn't have them. Available here[www.nexusmods.com].

With Xedit now a useable solution for modders (since yesterday-ish), we're starting to see a lot more .esm mods that can do things which modders weren't able to do before.

Missing certain variants for several weapons is a typical Bethesda bug, and since it doesn't cause CTD or block quest progress, you can almost be certain Bethesda wont do anything about it. Only mods like unofficial patch will fix this.

Nope. Completely false. Every weapon goes to advanced. I can buy advanced gear direct from the vendors and all three are available in Advanced versions. People need to stop making things up just because they have not had good RNG yet.
