And just to add, your PC being above the recommended specs doesn't inherently mean it can't be a PC issue. There are numerous reasons a PC might be having issues outside of what the specs look like on paper. Drivers, background programs, anti-virus, BIOS settings, etc
I, and numerous others, have tried to help fellow players and search solutions for people with problems with their game. It is a part of this forum, to me anyway, to help others and ask possible questions about this game if I got stuck.
There are many, many threads from players with a similar problem. And some solutions found to your specific problem, that sometimes work and sometimes don't. I am not a parroting Todd fanboy though. You have a keyboard, do a search instead of antagonizing.
The point is not only is it clear that Bethesda didn't want to spend the time, money, and effort to fix bugs before release but that they also refuse to hire staff to deal with the predictable issue of people needing tech support from putting out a buggy mess.
