Missing something
So just landed back in Jemison to find there are large chunks missing, buildings (including the trade authority booth). Also the NAT is gone. Anyone else had this? Is it possible to get this back? Tried reloading game but doesn't fix it.

Careful.

This is a result of save corruption, most likely, and you need to find the most recent save game where it's okay, WITHOUT losing a functional save that isn't ages and ages ago.

I recommend going back to the oldest autosave you have access to, and make a manual save.

Then you can much about and try to find a more recent save without the error, but at least you have an 'escape point' if you can't. And if that save is also corrupted, then hopefully you have older manual saves.

first Backup your saves before doing Anything

this game over writes a save on exit (so if you load a working save but have not found the issue ...), its easy to go from one corrupt save to them all being corrupt
they are located in your Docs folder
\\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Saves

edit
i also suggest disabling cloud save if you use it, that has a way of replacing saves when you least expect or want it too

i get the same, but it fixes when you ng+ , then it comes back later so then its ng+ again. seems to happen when my pc gets too hot. or when in areas that speed up y fans like cities.

They consolidated the entire Chunks line into one uniform size. So no more big Chunks.

thats not really a good sign, your saying its related directly to your hardware so you may want to check for heating issues, that or low power would be the only reason hardware would affect an apps performance like that afaik

generally speaking i would suspect ram issues of some kind (lack of vRam being the first suspect) if a game or app fails to load all the assets, that would generally happen when the app is using a lot of resources and trying to load a lot

Oof yeah I've done that.... Had a CTD issue on loading, and in the process of finding an un-F'd save I had corrupted all my quick & auto saves, had to go back to the last manual save 4 hours earlier. Not fun!
