Bounty Hunter - Rondezvous once done your asked to kill the pirate leader. Hmmm i had already done this a while back BEFORE finding the bounty hunter. But once you reach the already dead pirate it does NOT complete and the bounty hunter would rather just stand there doing nothing. At anything the quest should at least tag completed since she is in fact standing ontop of the corpse.
Which then leads me to think will this happen with many other quests? Unable to complete if you had previous been to said locations and killed the nasties there, only to find someone elsewhere that gives a quest that will then be INCOMPLETABLE?

is there any other way to report bugs other than post here and have the report get lost deep deep down in posts?

not yet, i am (was) workign through teh game slowly, but i have now hit this issue not ONCE but TWICE differant planets, same sort of quest from random NPC you find on same planet (thing is could be close by the actual quest target or on the other side of the planet). But seems if you have already cleared the quest area then these quests (all of them) will just BUG out and simply be uncompletable, only way to clear them from quest to do log is to SHOOT the quest giving NPC however this gives a RED X in quests and bad standing and a bounty on you or you can just leave the quest area and forget about it (but it will remain in the to do quests) either way its very F-in annoying.

Bethesda need to fix this by simply allowing the quest to trigger completed once quest giver arrives at the area if its already completed.
