Can I turn off my ship auto turrets?

I want to board enemy vessels and I am using EMP weapons but my turrets destroy enemy ships. Is there a way to turn off/on them?

Only way is to power them off.

Power the ship weapons down ... with the arrow keys , kek

Cut all power to them

Now they really should be togglable.
