Any mods that increase oxygen
I really don't want to be restricted and want to be able to explore each planet as much as I like, any mods for that yet?

No need, you can get more trough various means.

Heck there even is a power you unlock that basicly fully negates the overburdend oxygen issue. The personal atmosphere power will remove the red bar then fully replenish the white one and stay there for a minute or 2. This allows you to be over burdend and move around as if nothing is happening. You can go to the shops to clear or to the lodge without problem

Stamina is a tedious mechanic in any game. That above was the second thing I did after player.modav carryweight 10000.
