So...Paradiso is "the most beautiful resort in the universe" ?
One of the characters told me that during a quest...so I went to see what it was all about, ultimately Paradiso is just a single hotel with a few rooms and a few luxury lodges on a tiny beach where there is absolutely nothing to do...

Not even talking about the panorama from the beach, poorly made procedural crap as far as the eye can see, not even a boat or a small hiking trail allowing you to go around the lake...

And you now what...you will get shot if you dare picking up the beach ball...

I'd like to note that the beach from the original Crysis looks better than the beach at Paradiso amd that game is 15 years old.

Its fine. The Room (Deluxe) is pretty sweet. I wouldn't mind tossing down 3k a week for a permanent apartment with Storage and Beach Privlages. In fact I would go as high as 5k a week. Beats the crap out of that "Dream Home".

But yeah, if you don't enjoy Beach Life, it is kind of a waste. You can always build your own Beach Paradise if you put in the effort.

the quest with the ship in orbit is kinda funny in a regarded way. the ship has some mildly amusing stuff on it too, like an old apple computer.

Listen, you're lucky it's not a loading screen. Because we can definitely ask for more loading screens and still defend out favorite videogames. Trust us, we're professional fanboys in here.

Exactly. Like I said, we don't mess around on The Steam Forums. We are the most professional fanboys who know how to beat any criticism.

First of all, I think if you're still using a 4090, you need to get with the times. Secondly, if you're using an SSD, we rock NVMe here. Anybody with an HDD needs to go back to 1995. Third, loading screens are in and frame rate is out.

So beat it, haters.

Yeah kinda funny...exept It's literally the most hated quest line of the game.

Yeah, the quest makes no sense. Looks like the tiny resort takes up the whole planet out of the sudden.

i think its funny how they never update the models for humans but now have a swimsuit area.

You think they would at least look at thw fallout 4 mods and give women different looks even the guys.

all flat chested or the same gut

I did the content on that planet but it was like they took the male body and gave them female voice overs and head for the female gust's.

You think after this many years you would get they won't risk pissing off parents and what not, and just let you get a mod that turns the beach into gstring heaven with custom body mods sigh... I mean come on why do they got waste time when people who want "sexy" stuff just get mods that would get them banned in some countries if it was in the vanila game lol.

The corp that built the resort, basically owns the planet. No matter what happens to the hotel, they've got a great, safe, Earth-like planet to develop, sell, etc... and make a fortune of. Letting random colonists land and make a colony, would thus infringe on the value of their real estate, no matter what they decide to do with it in the long term.

That said, a nice option would have been for Paradiso's board to basically hire the colonists, and have them develop parts of the planet for them, with the option to buy real estate after they've worked for a minimum number of years for the corporation. If they didn't like that deal, then they could work until they earn enough to buy a ticket off-world and have a small nest-egg to start a new life.

A random outpost with only prisoners, had more cinematic character as this blank hotel

I am not talking about gstrings or porn stuff

I mean a female body type along with a male body type like all games have done in the past 15yrs.

Fallout 4 base game atleast gave tits to some females but on this planet its like they are all using the same body type so why give them bikinis.

sponsoring a 40k one time ancient colony ship upgrade is cheaper.

Yeah it's disappointingly poor map and in general, graphics design.

Idea of the game is good, but implementation....

Hell, that zombie shooter game set in the beach paradise island hotel, even that looks better then Paradiso. Dead island its called. And that was 2011.

I just looked at some gameplay footage of dead island, to remind myself. ♥♥♥♥ me, a mediocre 2011 game looks better then a hyped 2023 one.
