There are two types of "locked" items in the game. Regular locked that you can Digipick. And the "inaccessible". The latter requires progression in a quest or is simply not available for the player.

` tilde, is a key that some you tubers are saying to unlock content that has locked up or is buggy, using the command allows you to unlock locks that are quest related and reference specifically this quest, but it does not work. So there is no fix when the main door and all the Circuit breakers are on or off, in my case on, with no display on the lights above, and no way to unlock them except with a computer.

What computer ?
There is no computer in the Well that unlocks doors. the quest line says an NPC is supposed to access computer control in the control room, but when i go to use the Circuit breakers that nPC takes no action.

So again as stated in the original post, this quest is Bugged, Broken and totally broken with no way to tilde it, unlock it, or npc it. or more importantly, restart it.

so with that being said, and you have asked a question , I hope you have an answer to complete this quest that is a NO GO at this Station.
