Lodge crafting inventory bugged

When im crafting stuff in the lodge only some of the resources appear on the menu and some dont even though i have all the resources in the safe.

Did you try fast travel to your ship and putting it to the cargo? A kind of flying safe thing, maybe this is a bug or just a wise weighted game design decision.

Stuff from the safe up in your room should not appear in the menu when researching or crafting. You likely have forgotten you have whatever it is on you or in your ship cargo.
