Dr. Pauline Keala and Breach of Contract Bug

I'm stuck and need some help. I've very nearly done with Barrett's "Breach of Contract" quest line, and am to the step where I need to ask Dr. Keala about finding Helgi. The problem is that my game is bugged, and Dr. Keala has two issues: 1) She is standing all the way out in the middle of nowhere - many kilometres to the north west of the abandoned mine, and 2) It allowed me to ask about a character reference for Helgi, but she does not give me a dialogue option about where to find him.

I am stuck with Barrett until I can resolve this bug, and would love some help here.

I opened a ticket with Bethesda on this as well, just to cover all my bases, and received the anticipated automated response this morning. It did include some good advice (all of which I've tried, save for loading an earlier save because of how much time had passed since I'd originally encountered the issue. I'll be trying to find an early enough save today.) Bethesda's advice:

Had the same issue but the doctor is on Gagarin, go straight from landing pad and there is a clinic on the right with green cross and she is there.

i've had an issue with Kelton Frush have an activity to go seak to him ... cept he's not responding. i think hes supposed to be starting the mission "late bloomer".

tried everything on the above list with no joy.

and i';ve not been able to get barrett to give the quest for his power. lol aat this point i'm sick of barrett

Same here, I can't interact with him at all.

Don't know if you still need it but talking with cliff in the builing next to hers and speaking al the voiclines exept the one for opening the shop respawns her. At least it did for me. Also i think you can talk to the guards chief woman (forgat her name) and maby avoid talking with her aa all to complete the quest butt am not sure of this. Just noticed see also has lines to help find the guy and an interaction with barred.
