Why? because i am only using pure texture mods. We should not be using plugins until after the official tools are released.
And IF you are going t o use mods anyway then Read the manual.
Take SFSE (Script extender) you must update it after each game update.
But the Mod author said he will not update it until after the patch goes official.
Something about form IDs and plugins which would lead to mods not working, playing well together, etc. It might be that NG+ variations have some change in the form IDs which break your mods. I would guess at least.
Apparently, even if Bethesda were to release DLCs at this point in the structure it'd break the whole game. So it'd have to be reworked before modding tools/DLC is released.
I won't pretend to know the whole deal, it's just what I'd seen on some news sites and videos.
That's why responsible modders are stating that on their mod pages.
They are for released version only and match the script extension version for that released product only.
