Mod to increase default storage capacity

Has anyone found a mod that increases the default capacity values of storage containers? Yes, I understand I can use the console to increase the capacity but it's annoying to have to do it every time. The 200 capacity of transfer containers is absurd and the values some idiot decided upon for the outpost storage containers is ridiculous. Don't get me started on why the cargo ships to transport resources between outposts are only 300 and 500. There is no good way to increase those. You have to clip into the ship, and let it take off then use the console to change it and wait for it to land.

esp mods are not safe currently.
Multiple of them have already been shown to have corrupted records, due to the hacky way they are currently are made.
No trustworthy modder will currently offer esp mods.
However what you want would most likely need an esp mod.
However it will most likely be a trivial mod once xedit releases...
Until then only console remains.
