Game needs Casinos, Gambling, mini games, activities

Having every sort of gambling set ups at the red mile but not being able to use anything is just straight up lazy.

Fallout New Vegas had minigames and even criminally lazy studios like ubisoft tends to add activities into their games.

It’s hard to get immersed into Starfield when all you can do is kill.

Please add minigames

EDIT: Fallout 76 is getting something like that before Starfield. Way to go BGS.

Heck... i remember from FO$ i could use various stuff to get temporary bufs like with the benchpress. Then saw that first benchpress in the mars facility on Vectera and tryt to use it... not posible :(

You can use benches to lift the weight but I’d not consider that activity worthy.

And back to what I said, we don’t even need obsidian examples , fallout 4 had mini games with further ones added in nuka world.

Why is Starfield so lifeless?
And this is something modders can’t fix, only the dev team can

right on! after my first gameplay i will fix this game with mods and add real exotic dancers in neon with bikinis and miniskirts with better animations etc!

Mods won’t solve anything. Fallout 4 could never add casinos for example.

Animations are more than a year away IF modders do it.

Remember they need to feel passionate about the game or they won’t work on it much. There are things that shouldn’t be left up for chance and community effort

It seems like very little care about minigames on the steam discussion. Oh well

Minigames are for games where the rest of the game isn't really that interesting to play. That's not Starfield for me, so I could not care less.

No minigames are for games that want to make the world feel more alive, which is also not starfield.

But red dead 2 and new vegas and even fallout 4 are apparently aren’t interesting to play

mini games could be a good little extra.
darts,card games, maybe even Zero-G Pool.
there is a lot they could do to expand the side activities that way, we will see...maybe Bethesda will see the value in it later.

Ironically there are cards and darts board everywhere. The worst kind of tease

What makes you think people can't create minigames once Bethesda releases the creation kit? They literally give us the dev tools.

What makes you think people can't create minigames once Bethesda releases the creation kit? They literally give us the dev tools.

Experience? Only Skyrim got one that wasn’t updated in 2016 i think, fallout 4 attempts all failed or got abandoned.

We shouldn’t leave this to chance and luck that’s also done by modders.
