BUG - PIzazzi artifact - one caelumite deposit can't be mined
There is one caelumite deposit on the artifact on Pizazzi IV-C that can't be mined from any angle, so the artifact cannot be freed.

I have the same issue on Niira - can't progress Into the Unknown quest - very frustrating

OK, after trying everything I could think of, I threw a grenade at it, then shot it from a distance and the stupid thing triggered...

Nothing works. Even tried turning off clipping in console to see if I could "get behind it" and drill it out from that side with no luck

Looks like I eventually found an angle where I was able to pull the artifact out. Don't know what actually fixed it... but I'm moving on

I have the same problem in multiple locations, some deposits cannot be mined.
- sometimes it is hard to get a popup which says it is a caelumite
- sometimes it is hard to find spot where cutter cross-hair turns red
- sometimes even if I have popup and cross-hair is red I still couldn't mine it. Tried several full charges of 100. but no luck.
seems to be a bug, but I couldn't seem to be able to register at bethesda.net to file it
