Does anyone else get Eyestrain and Headaches when playing?
I have dynamic resolution off, depth of field off, motion blur off, film grain off, and made a file edit to change FOV from 70 to 95, but nothing is helping, I can barely play an hour or 2 before I get a headache or eyestrain

I never had these kind of issues on past bethesda games can play them for hours

edit: nevermind I seemed to have come up with a solution, I turned down digital vibrance just slightly, and set Image scaling sharpening to 80% both in Nvidia control panel

Thank you I will try this.
Ruins my day these headaches, can only stay in bed after playing for just 1,5 hours

Never mess with digital vibrance, especially if you are in your mid to late 20s. I used to crank it up a lot when i was a teenager and on my early 20s but now its just straining and looks kind of unatural.

If the "look" of the game bothers you with its muted colors and its filters theres some mods you can use like this https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/323
It should take care of the lack of vibrance.

well digital vibrance at 60% is fine with every other game I play. but in starfield they made the colors way way too sharp is why I had to turn it down for this specific title
