Can I change character traits?

When I created my character I made some mistakes. For example, I picked Enlightened and Loner.
I know I change my external appearance, but can I change the person I am inside?

You can pay to remove traits but can only add new ones with console commands.

You can remove them but you can not change them to something else, without using console commands. Which disable achievements, unless you use a mod to keep achievements active.
