Help: Aqueous Hematite stuck in inventory

I have a single unit of Aqueous Hematite which the game won't let me remove from inventory, nor sell. It gives me the message "Cannot remove quest item". Except, I don't think it IS a quest a item??

I picked it up just mining a resource while working on the Heart of Mars mission. All of the other Aqueous Hematite I got the same way I can transfer to cargo hold, or sell, just like normal. But this one single unit won't let me do that.

Anyone have any suggestions? Or...maybe know what quest it IS for, if there is such a quest, so I can go do it?

Its probably tied to the terrormorph questline where you use it to clear the doctors debt.

Ah, I DO have that quest still in progress. I must have missed the part where that's a factor in it, because it is indeed the step I'm on....I just put it on hold to do a few side things in Cydonia.
