The Spiffing Brit did a video doing 7,000 dmg by unlocking certain skills

Main idea that it's a damage without a single weapon skill and available for everyone :D

Maxed out sniping skills and sneaking damage I guess.
If I'll be lucky enough to find shattering advanced Magsniper I bet it's possible to squeeze out 10000+ damage :D
