player.setav speedmult [#]
Change [#] into a value. Value 100 = 100% speed
I dont want to use console, I consider that a cheat, bethesda can fix this esily if they cared enough
I said WALKING speed...
Imo its very annoying when there is a quest and the NPC you have to follow walks, but faster than your speedmult 100 default, but much slower than actually running, poorly designed imo. after speedmult 140 (starting at 141) you no longer walk, but slowmo-jog iirc.
So for aesthetics, keep 140 at max I guess.
(idr if this disables achievements though, I reckon it will even tho its fairly harmless, but could give you a really big boost if you amped it up to like 1000~1500, so thats why i suppose it will)
Bethesda likely doesn't see this as an issue, they didn't with the slow walking speed in previous games, so don't expect a "fix" from them.
