Is there really no way to kill Benjamin Bayu?

^Topic title.

I can't be the only one who shot him in the face at the end of Absolute Power and walked away EXTREMELY disappointed when absolutely nothing happened.

No one has figured out if it's possible to kill him?

In most Bethesda games, even if an NPC is typically marked as essential, there's usually SOME quest line that allows you to eventually kill them - but I haven't heard anything of the like for Benjamin Bayu.

I haven't figured out how to kill him, but I reported him to Sysdef and provided evidence of his corruption. We'll see if that has any actual affect in game. I just did it today.

Neon is in the Freestar Collective. Sysdef isnt even part of that nation.

The civilian company he runs ought to be an apolitical entity, so they're probably going to do something on that front.

Is there any way into his office? The elevator says its restricted, I want to know whether it even exists as a physical space.

I was also annoyed with this lack of choice.

While he was sitting down I couldn't even hurt him, he's not even a solid object...

I read on Reddit that you can pickpocket the keycard to his suit off of him and steal everything that isn't nailed down, but they didn't exactly post screenshots so I don't know how true it is lol.

lol that reminds me, when I did that quest, his brother said he'd help me get into the penthouse, but I couldn't find the code he was talking about anywhere in the office xD

You can pickpocket him for his access card, guess he's homeless now in every universe I've gone to as I make a point of always getting it.
Not really much to it, I mean, it is big, but nothing to really interact with (I would guess over four times the size of the largest one you can purchase in Neon.)
