Report a translation problem
In most Bethesda games, even if an NPC is typically marked as essential, there's usually SOME quest line that allows you to eventually kill them - but I haven't heard anything of the like for Benjamin Bayu.
While he was sitting down I couldn't even hurt him, he's not even a solid object...

lol that reminds me, when I did that quest, his brother said he'd help me get into the penthouse, but I couldn't find the code he was talking about anywhere in the office xD
You can pickpocket him for his access card, guess he's homeless now in every universe I've gone to as I make a point of always getting it.
Not really much to it, I mean, it is big, but nothing to really interact with (I would guess over four times the size of the largest one you can purchase in Neon.)
