streaming with duel monitor broken

Im a streamer using 2 displays.
All games but this one, when i go to the 2nd monitor continue to play.
This game however, does not, it pauses , the music and the game.

Wrong Answer.

There actually is an option. It's just not in the menus.

Auto Pause on ALT TAB fix

So if anyone does a lot of alt tabbing and plays in windowed full screen mode follow these directions so the game doesn't pause when you tab out. Works great for when you are waiting or streaming. This should work on all PC versions of the game including but not limited to Steam, Game Pass. Sorry but I have no way of testing it on console.
EDIT: I have included a new and much easier way as the preferred method which will generate the StarfieldCustom.ini file for you automatically through the use of 2 console commands that do not affect achievements.
If you are using mods that use the StarfieldCustom.ini then you can just use the alternate method if you are worried about having your settings overwritten though from my own testing it will only add the AlwaysActive segment and leave everything else alone.

Preferred Method (Does not affect achievements)
Open Starfield to the Main Menu

Open the Console

Note: Unless you changed the keybind its default should be ` located directly above your TAB key

3. Type or Copy/Paste the following and press ENTER:

SetINISetting "bAlwaysActive:General" "1"
Note: There are spaces in that command so Copy/Paste is preferred!!

4. Type or Copy/Paste the following and press ENTER:

SaveIniFiles
5. Close the Console, restart the game and enjoy!

The StarfieldCustom.ini file will be generated automatically by the game.

Alternate Method (Does not affect achievements)
Go to C:\Users\{YOUR NAME}\Documents\My Games\Starfield\

Open StarfieldCustom.ini if it doesn't exist create it.

If you create it make sure the file is a .ini!!!

Add bAlwaysActive=1 under the [General] section.

Save and enjoy!

NOTE: For some people you might need to use the OneDrive pathname like this:
C:\Users{YOUR NAME}\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\Starfield

For the copy pasters it should look like the following

[General]
bAlwaysActive=1

that does not help since its an .ini file need to be created, not a .txt. So bleh.

The Devs need to fix the tilde key, not me changing game files. but ty for the try.

.ini files are text.

you should use dual monitors instead. they shouldnt be fighting.
