Cheers!
I have a 4070 and I'm not capable of running this game at more than 60 in medium high 1440p with the fsr2. The fsr2 is a big piece of ♥♥♥♥ that is hugly af (2k looks like 720p) and isn't really efficient in this game.
The dlss3 mod was just amazing, but they just make an udpate that destroy it.
I'm not defending the game, but you have some other PC issues if you cant hit 60. I have the same card and no issue hitting 100+ with the scaling turned up. DLSS is way (WAY) better looking though. FSR looks like watching the game on a CRT TV.
Game is a CPU hog though. 70% usage across 20 threads on my 10850k@5Ghz. In the time I've spent playing this game I think I could've calculated the trajectory of every star in the actual universe wtf.
I swear they purposefully created this bug as a big FU to 90% of gamers which are nvidia users who are almost all using DLSS mod. Releases update that breaks mod, promises 1st party DLSS. Nothing to see here...
Yeah well see, Any money you won't see it for a year or so when everyone has moved onto something else.

An update just came out for it and reinstalling it (replacing the same files with the new ones) fixed the issue for me.
