Wont start, cant find setthreaddescription in DLL-file

Hello,

So far i have played this wonderfull game for 20hours now and without issues. But due to other issue that occured before i got this game but became more frequent i needed to reinstal windows.

Whilst doing that i formatted both my harddrives.

Now after i reinstalled the game it wont start. When i press play the game does his sync thingy and then nothing.
When i try to start from explorer i get the message;
Starfield.exe - entry not found
And then something about SetThreadDescription not found in dll or something (Its in my native language and not easy to translate)

I have been busy all day now, my entire day off just to get the game working again and i have tried everything i can find about launch issues and Dll issues and i even reinstalled windows AGAIN.

I'm starting to think the problem in in the harddrive itself

Are there people with experience about these issues?

YES!!
Several threads so far.
Happened today.
Played 2 days ago, no problem.
Game initialization screen starts, then stalls and never gets anywhere.
Have verified game files and still nothing.

How can we escalate this?

No idea, i posted the same on reddit and have submitted a ticket. But thats all i have :p

I have fixed the problem. Turned out that i did not install all updates of windows after i reinstalled it. I was to focused on getting starfield to work again that i overlooked the fact that everything looked a lil bit out dated.

So make sure windows did aaaaal of its updates.
