Scorpion sting mission bugged

At this time I'm doing the scorpion tail sting mission i have the location marker but nothing there, i have looked up some videos about this mission and they show a temple like structure, so i'm looking for a structure and all i got is bear land.

I have searched everywhere around the target area, every marker and still not seeing anything looking like the scorpion structure, scan marker arrows always lead back to marked area where it should be and that marker seems to be underground but there's no entrance if it is underground though the videos show it to be on the surface surrounded by creatures.

Just wondering if anyone else had this issue or is the game bugged at this mission and how to quick fix it.

Oh yes i did fly to orbit to reacquire sight and land nearby, still no structure.

It's on an Island and above ground, unless it's randomised which I don't think this one is.

I did have one of the get a power from a temple missions bug out. It showed the anomaly marker on the planet, but instead of the flag icon it was a walkie talkie one. There was a mining platform on the quest marker and the scanner showed no interference.

The only way I could fix it was by reloading an earlier save in a previous mission.
