Bug? Sabotage Quest - Faye's Computer

I'm at the part of the quest where I need to run the Overseer program on Faye's computer, but when I do, there is no quest update. I've watched several videos to confirm I'm doing this correctly. I am. Anybody else experiencing this?

Not sure what to do. I don't want to port out. It took an hour to get down here. This game is dead in the water for me at the moment. Any tips?
