Bugged quest "Friends Like These" (MINOR SPOILERS)

I've gone to the archives and gotten the data. However, when I need to talk to the UC ambassador after doing so, she sinks into the ground and now I cannot progress. Anyone else experiencing this, or have any fixes?

Not specifically on this quest, but I've encountered similar. Sometimes a reload wasnt enough and i had to exit the game and them reload a previous save. I havent had a bug in a quest happen more than once. I wish there were more auto saves and it saved at more instances.

I just had this happen last night. I tried to reload an older save and go through it again just now, she fell through the floor though lol..

"Friends Like These" when deputy Elisabeth Macintyre fell through floor...
solution which worked for me was, to return to lift .. drive to lobby and return back..

Friends Like These Quest Elisabeth Macintyre she walked outside of the Mast building and is now on the roof of the mast building..
