Mission Bugged " In Memoriam"

This is the mission where we go back and retrieve to bodies (Gene tags) of Sarah's former crew. All is fine till we turn in the tags and sarah wants to go to the Memorial that has all the crews names on it.....she disappears so I return to the ship, of course she's there and has the talk icon. When I talk to her she says her lines and when it's my turn, Nothing.....have to force close the game (on PC) I've done all the work arounds Nothing. It apears that she want me to talk to her at the memorial, becasue she looks up like she's reading the names.

Is there any way to force end the mission or even restart it. It has me really screwed, because I cant choose another crewman to assist me on other missions.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm assuming at this point, she is locked in as your active companion?

When you exit your ship in the spaceport, is she with you?

You can walk up to the memorial with her, the "Sarah Morgan is no longer following you" thing pops up? And then you chat with her and then the dialogue boxes just...don't appear?

Had this happen to me on Suvorov. Quicksave right before the conversation and go from the quick save and don't click too quickly through the dialogues, they are really tempermental

NO she won't follow me and I cant choose another crew member until it finishes, I'm going to try and go back to the Memorial and see if I get anything that way.

this is the mission where the Scavenger attacks you after grabbing the tag from the final grave, no?... Sarah's waiting at the home of the stranded child... she won't leave until you've gathered every tag... the tag that you are missing is found in the loot that the Scavenger I spoke of... just go up to its dead corpse to get the last tag then return to the child's home to advance the mission...:-)

He's well past that part, back on New Atlantis, to go to the memorial (the one with the flame that the robot guards) near MAST

ah... Sarah does take a few minutes of silence before she'll follow you... is the player waiting long enough?...:-)

I ran into this issue as well. After trying to get this quest to proceed for almost an hour, I stumbled upon something that needed to be done before continuing. Immediately after the funeral service there is a necessary conversation that has to occur between Sarah and Walter regarding him paying for the service. For me, they talked with one another in front of the fireplace on the main level of the lodge. They go back and forth for a little bit, then I'm asked where to put a plaque of Barrett, and their conversation is over at that point. Walk out the front door of the lodge and the quest will work as expected. Hope that helps.
