Re-sizable Bar Tweak

Heres an article about enable the Resizable Bar that might help some fps for Nvidia cards:

Today's GeForce driver enables rebar in the game's profile. No tweak required.

normally its a setting in the UEFI.

You might need to enable it on within your bios.

Nope. You need to enable it in your BIOS.

Your GPU's firmware/vbios also needs to have rebar support enabled. This may not be the case on 30-series, like my 3080. I had to do a firmware update to enable it.

I did this after installing the new NVIDIA drivers that released today. I don't know which of these contributed but I actually have noticed a big performance increase in New Atlantis. I like to run around the MAST area to test FPS and I'm getting 72 now compared to 61 yesterday.

Yeah, I've never enabled anything like this so I'll try it when I get home.

realized after. lol. my bad. seems I have to disable CSM support on my motherboard and my motherboard bios version is in yellow as well on the precision X1. time to do some digging i guess. also found out your fan ramps up super load during the firmware update.
