The OP has hours sunk into Skyrim, but in FO3 & FO4 they only have enough time to have maybe completed the introductory quest, then quit playing. That's an indication they didn't like them, and are one of the group who has been crapping on any game that isn't the next in the TES series.
Save your BS, the adults don't care about you little kids.
Woop dee doo. Maybe they played it first on console. You're the one creeping on people's profiles and making judgment calls based on a single platform's library. I still have older titles on Stardock, EA Origin, Ubisoft. Skyrim was the first Bethesda game that was actually Steam exclusive at launch - before Skyrim I had 0 reason to own any games on Steam except for HL2 and CS.
Ah yes, everyone who disagrees with you must be a troll.
A lot of decisions Bethesda has made makes me inclined to believe they're more profit driven than quality driven, but that's been their trend since horse armor. Skyrim was a huge hit for them, and the decided to just re-sell it for a while. Then all of the Fallout 76 stuff, which I think a lot of people have forgotten about (it was bad).
They promoted a lot of items for the special edition and ended up giving their biggest fans garbage. Replacing the canvas duffel with a cheap nylon, but also giving influencers the canvas ones in order to promote the game and mislead consumers; their terrible 'nuka dark rum' being in a different container than advertised; and having to stop sales and recall Fallout helmets because of they contained high amounts of mold.
I'm not aware of any weird Starfield controversies at this time. My only complaint is that they're still using their in-house engine (although updated). It's not the most valid complaint, but it's been old and outdated, lead to a lot of weird physics in Skyrim, and people have already found some of the 'vendor chests' that need to exist because of that engine.
while i want to smack you with toilet paper when you start to compare starfield with no mans sky. i have to agree compared to older titles like skyrim or fo4, starfield lacks something.
my biggest guess is: since the "Space" is empty and youre fast travelling from surface a to b, you wont get the same immersion like drifting through skyrim by foot. i cant even tell what planet had what surface anymore. or what planet felt cool or not. idk
My experience > than yours, so you lose.
