Missing Power
Hello, I miss the Super Nova power.

A website https://travelexception.com/starfield-supernova-power-location/?expand_article=1
mentioned Id need to do a quest line called "Cosmic Trials" to unlock the temple.

Any idea if this is correct or where to find the quest?
Or is this just part of that missing temple bug thingy?

Im missing supernova which you may get through the xi artifact and vlad after the encounter with the two starborn.

I got a few powers and "power from beyond" procs after the entcounter, but at one point Vlad just says "Still looking" and no more "power from beyond proc", so its still missing.

All the temples and powers are linked, as in the same temple name always has the same power. So worst case, can always use console commands to find the id for that temple then use console commands again to teleport to that location (if you save beforehand, then you can look at the location you're at, reload, then travel there normally.)
If the location doesn't show up then you might've missed picking up the artifact somehow? Maybe check your inventory for it?

I thought the same, but I dont seem to get the right commands.

Would you please explain how to do that?

I'd figured it out to get to a different location that I couldn't figure out which planet it was on, but can't seem to figure out right now which id to use for the temples.
I recommend checking your inventory for that artifact, if you somehow didn't get it during the Revelation quest then either go back there to look for it or console command to add it to your inventory.

Just in case if you are not aware of. The game warns you, but using the commands "cheats" you might lose access to some of the steam achievements, if thats something you care about.
I have it. Adding it again doesnt to anything. If I type (help "Temple" 0) all temples except Xi are listed with location ID.

There is a guy on Reddit that posted:

I had the same issue, and it seems like a common problem from the searching I did yesterday.

I eventually gave up and figured out a console command that would give me the supernova power so I could start my new game plus.

player.cast 25e14e player right

No idea about finding a way to teleport to the temple, but I'm decently positive that casting this "spell" on you is how the game gives you a power.

Ok, I seem to have finally ran into this issue.

From what is happening for me, Temple XI was replaced by a random quest location to rescue some botanists. I 'found' the location the Sensor Anomaly is supposed to be at, but it doesn't update and instead has these unarmed scientists on an hostile planet with a broken ship and one of them was abducted by some pirates.
Bad design. That explains why its not in my location list. Its not there until the quest pops.

Very sad thing. Either play more NG+ to get all or wait for a patch that may never happen.

I was able to confirm the console command that @BrokenCloud referenced does work for giving the Supernova power in the same way the system does (but doesn't advance the quest.) I wasn't attached to that NG+ anyways, so didn't see it as a loss, for me at least.
I've tried to find a console command to regenerate the planet in the hopes the random quest location wouldn't overwrite the random temple location, but have been unable to find one for that.
True, but it disables achievments. I just play the other content and hope for an update.

There's a couple different mods to prevent achievements from being disabled.
Hm guessing the speed they are likely to patch the game, a mod could be a safe thing. Ill think about it. Thanks for your help.

If it is something you're worried about, the achievement enabler mods can be safely removed as well, so any time there is a game update you can remove the mod until it too gets an update, then put it back once the update happens. You just won't get achievements during that period where you weren't using it, no other harmful affect.
Oh that sounds nice and easy. Thank you. Ill try one soon.

Still on this issue and haven't found the answer in Reddit or here, should I check on every single planet?
