Haller Crew
Good morning,

I assigned Haller to my space station with skill +3 Outpost - Engineering but my research station is still blocked for rank 2 skills, does anyone know the problem?

NPC skills system seem to be broken ATM. Same happens with the space crew skills. Unless it's working as designed.

The robots energy skill works for me. (well at least it was last time i looked. havent checked in a while

None of the skills that should enable new buildings/research work on NPCs currently. The one that lets you have more people on your outpost on the other hand works. So it's either as designed or just bethesda being bethesda
