Into the Unknown - Bug [Game Ender] - potential spoiler.

So on my 3rd play through of Starfield. Love the game. New Game+ is great playing as a starborn. BUT. I hit a bug that killed the game. The Main Quest Into the Unknown has a step where you have to demonstrate the Anti-Grav to Vladimire and the Constellation team at the lodge. If you've played through once the second time around you no longer have Anti-Grav. You now have have an upgraded Anti-Grav II power. Possibly Anti-Grav III or higher. demonstrating an upgraded Anti-Grav or any other power fails to advance the quest and you'll be stuck. I was able to work past it by using a console command to remove the power upgrade with player.removespell advance past it then re add the power but it breaks your achievements and my long play is now over. Disappointing to say the least. Would be nice to see a fix to allow any power demonstration to impress the crew.

I wonder if they even tested the game... this one quest is causing a lot of headaches

I sympathize. My run might also be dead in the water due to a main story-ending bug in the mission "No Sudden Moves". Apparently if you don't steal the artifact from Pavlov's Scow, and leave...if you return you can't access it any more.

If you can't use the anti-grav power to demonstrate it to the Constellation team simply console command "SetStage 000160A9 720" and it will complete that step and allow the conversations to run their course just as if you used the power.

I always skipped the Main quest in my 10 x NG+ runs. It's not a lost for me, as I think the Main quest sucks.

I just killed him instead the first time I did that quest. Like I did in all 10 NG+ runs also.
