I WISH I COULD USE THIS FORUM TO DISCUSS THE GAME

This forum has become useless in trying to discuss gameplay or optimization, due to degenerating into a cesspool of political trolling. Steam forums used to be helpful in discussing bug fixes and game strategy. Now we get trolls 24/7 brigading forums with their political agendas and making Steam forums unusable.

Steam is going to have to crack down and address this problem, just like they did with review bombing (btw another problem caused by the same political trolls). The majority of players are being forced to go elsewhere for game info due to a minority of obnoxious trouble makers. If we need stricter moderation and mass bans, I'm all for it.

Yeah I'm still waiting for optimization, because mod fixes and all aren't working the way they should and I've downloaded them exactly as directed by the authors of each mod.

Right? I just posted a topic asking about the latest Windows Update borking my ability to play the game for long periods of time and its buried in "WHERE IS THE NO PRONOUNS MOD" NEXUS MOD AIN'T FOR REAL GAMERS" "WOKEISM IS POO POO" nonsense. I want to have discussions about this game I am absolutely in love with with other people who love it as well and might need help with things regarding the game.

Saying that nothing would please me more than Steam to make the forums for ALL games only for purchasers.

Meh, it's just a bunch of posts with lego "spaceships", and goofy videos with bugged NPCs.

The game wont improve, development has ended, Todd says you need to upgrade your PC.

Create your own forum, create a Discord server, go to Reddit. Besides, if it's in the game it's relevant to general discussion.

I got all my answers from there, but unfortunately mod fixes didn't appear to work as I've stated before. Upon looking forward into this, all I see is arguments about pronouns, and Todd saying "Not my problem your 2300$ computer that can run Ark and Cyberpunk 2077 on high/ultra settings with ass grabbing, mind number god rays, but can't run on my totally bug free, skyrim in space game, because I am a money grubbing ♥♥♥♥♥, who cannot pay real developers and bug fixers to do their job" and this is what I appreciate the least. Todd's insistence on incompetence.

The Steam forum has always been like this, but I noticed the situation getting much worse, it's almost out of hand after all the volunteer moderators have retired.

I want to have a serious discussion about the game, but every time I visit the forum and see all those threads, I just don't feel like participating anymore, lol!

Which mod in particular are you having problems with?
