to be honest Bethesda games had never beautiful woman in their games. But yeah mods helped out alot to correct that issue.

they're bodytype no# 2's, not women. the synths won in fallout 4, there wasn't enough resources to waste on fleshy front sacs while colonising space

Theyr'e supposed to be plausibly of either "sex", remember the game has no "sex" in it, just body type and pronouns.
