I do my part and spam MS with crash reports. They'll figure it out ... maybe. lol
I installed a brand new Samsung 980 Pro M.2 2280 2TB a week before the game came out. I have no issues with any other game. I also have 32 gb of Fury Beast DD4 ram. It's not my hardware.
Ya, just tons of people having the exact issue myself included and it was because it either wasn't on a SSD or it was a crap one like mine was. Yours maybe be something else though. Official support might be your only option, to help you properly.

Have you done any modding?
if so remember mod files are not removed when uninstalling.
No, hell no. I wait at least a year before I trust those jokers lol. I always do my first playthrough stock personally.
Never during and only once while on foot, my dozens of crashes are something to do with when ship combat ends.

I know the GPU is getting old, but my system can still run Cyberpunk no probs and with no crashes.
Ive had hardware monitoring up to see whats going on and my CPU hovers around 2-7% and only spikes for a second or two in the loading screen phases, my RAM starts at 15GB and slowly increases as gameplay time gets longer and pushes 21GB after a couple of hours, my GPU RAM is around 5-8GB and my GPU load is 100% (which is to be expected gaming).
The crash logs all are saying its GPU related: "DeferredGBuffer RenderPass" processes are being interrupted so I think its a bug in the code thats causing the crashes instead of actual hardware issues - especially since people across all generations of GPUs are getting the crashes and you'd expect the newer gens to be crashing less frequently if it was just a "GPU strength" issue.
there was an auto save so after a few times trying to walk out, i just fast travelled.
all the rest are just a few seconds after space combat, so now i save it just before I destroy the last target because I know a crash is very likely.
I don't even know where to start with solving it.
Unfortunately Im unable to partake in such mods with my grandpa GPU so Ive resigned myself to gaming at much lower quality than I want to and just waiting for a Bethesda patch hahaha
