If I enable a Inventory mod will it disable achievements?

Not if you also use the achievements enabler mod. Otherwise, yes it will.

Thanks I just came here to find out a similar question of "What mods disable achievements" I guess achievement enabler mod is a must for any mods.

I really need a UI mod and I really hope somebody is working on / or there is some outpost mods.

This game really needs modders to fix its design problems, most of which are caused by Bethesda designing the game around console controllers.

That's not going to happen... skyrim has had achievement enabler mods for years an no one has ever been banned for using them.
