Open Command Console

Hello, someone knows how to open the Command Console with a French keyboard?
The key ² or @ don't working for that.

The tilde is available under Windows by using a combination of the Alt Gr+é keys, followed by the letter requiring the tilde

I don't have a French AZERTY kb, but found that if it helps?

@TheAncientOne : Sadly Alt Gr+é doesn't work for me neither. So, I've tried every keys on my keyboard and found out that it's the ù key that activates the console for me.

@Luciole : Sur mon clavier c'est la touche ù qui déclenche la console. Pour ceux que ça pourrait aider.
