Starfield won't launch

I tried to launch Starfield on Steam but it opens for a few seconds and closes quickly. I could launch it and play it perfectly fine just yesterday, but now it doesn't work. I even tried to launch Starfield.exe form the game files, but I got the error message saying: “The Application Was Unable to Start Correctly (0xc0000142)”. I tried veryfing the files on Steam, moving the install path to a different drive and uninstalling and downloading it again, but it just won't work anymore. I tried looking at videos on Youtube and tried the commands on command prompt, change the region on my pc, change the compatibility in starfield.exe properties, updating windows, but it still doesn't launch and I get the same error message every single time: “The Application Was Unable to Start Correctly (0xc0000142)”. What more can I do to fix it?

If it's still relevant:
Try deleting the "mods" folder and the "dxgi.dll" file from the root folder of the game.
