Survey 95%. Where is the damn ocean?

I'm trying to survey Altair II for a constellation thing, but I can't find the last fauna.

If I go into space and hover over the planet it says Frozen Hills 100% and Rocky Desert 100%. Over the ocean it says 0%.

But I can't land on the ocean and it doesn't seem to exist when I land somewhere close to it and try to run to it. Am I missing something here?

Dont waste your time with surveys its a waste of time, just use console commands. Itll save yoiu the stress and headache TRUST ME!!!

Beat my head on the desk for a couple of hours before realizing that the last one or two fauna I needed were probably aquatic, so I went looking for a "(Coast)" biome and sure enough. There they were. But the game really needs a compass to keep you from going in the wrong direction (or big "Beach This Way -->" signs).
