Where is the Atlantis Waterfall located at?

Hi. I've a quest where Sarah wants to talk to me be the waterfall in New Atlantis. So, great! Um, the quest marker in the Commercial district points me to the tram. I take the tram to the Spaceport. No waterfall. I look at the quest log, says it's in the commercial district? So...

Can someone tell me how to get there? I'd really appreciate it! I want to do this so I can progress in the quest. Thank You. This seems like it should be so easy to do, but... Nope.

Take an elevator from near the spaceport.

It's the same one that leads to the Well IIRC.

Spent ages trying to find the medical clinic in Akhila City yesterday.

I ended up googling it.

It's a combination of the little and big things that add up to make Starfield to unbelievably mediocre.

From the tram at the spaceport, while looking at it, go left, and follow that little concourse around until you see a little alcove with an elevator in it. You might also try tracking that quest, and using your scanner, it should put little arrows on the ground showing you which way to go.

Sarah's waterfall date is not in my missions list!

and this is why we have maps bloated with icons, people cant play without location markers every 10 meters and navigation markers all over the screen lol.

This quest is actually bugged. Hopefully a patch will be released to fix.

There is a elevator somewhat hidden that allows you to go too the Waterfalls Plaza

I was frustrated by the broken elevator and figured out a solution. This missing elevator also goes to the Well which I read in other posts. So simple. I fast travelled to MAST. turned around and went into the underground subway. Turned left to the elevator that goes to the Well. Then once there I ran clear across the Well to the Elevator at the opposite end of the Well. I was then able to get to the Waterfall without any bugs.

Thank You for all those that replied. I was able to get to the Waterfall area and talk to Sarah to progress the quest. Stupid tiny little elevator alcove, lol.

The bugged part, is when you view it from orbit, it tells you the waterfall is in the commercial district, but it is actually in the Spaceport area. When looking directly at the tram, look to the left and walk between the Terrabrew and the Mercantile. There will be a little elevator tucked back there, and one of the floor options says Waterfall Promenade. Going there leads to a special walkway that goes in front of the waterfall; it is not actually at the top of the waterfall where I assumed it was based on the orbit marker saying commercial district (just saying for anyone else reading the thread and unclear on where to go) =)

The entrance is in "The Well"

end of the hallway elevator.
The small undercity where you help the lady fix the circuit breakers.

Anything else I found online about this was a royal runaround.


But I agree - the stupid quest constantly pointed me to the Tram, over, and over again.
