Correct way to do the Sabotage mission?
So in the Sabotage mission, I know I am supposed to do it stealth, but the guards have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ xray vision and super-hearing so I had no choice but to start blasting. Is there some stealth route that I was just too much of an oblivious dumbass to see?

Caps lock make you walk extra slow. And silent.
Figured that out way to late.
Also turn flashlight off. Invest 1 oder 2 points into stealth.

First of all taking the elevator route and
-triggering the heating will send all staff home, giving you an easier time.
-Having atleast 1 stealth trait will help giving you a stealth bar.
-There are alot of vents and ceilings you can use to get where you want to.
-Quicksave (F5) and Quickload (F9) are your best friends.
-To get to the R&D you need to go via an elevator shaft that has a vent 1 floor below the lobby.
-Grab the keycard from the desk at the 2nd terminal to get into the last room.
-Use the (expert or master) terminal in last room to disable alarm
-Close curtains via a switch in last room to not get spotted by guards.
-When you need to slip past 1 single guard that does not seem to patrol, use your neuroimplant to temporarily distract him.

After about 2 hours and alot of Quicksaving/Loading i completed a 100% stealth run.

You can disable the turrets above the last room too.
I found if you run under the turret while its looking away and then move again when its turned you can get past it pretty reliably.
Still that was by far the most difficult mission I've done yet.
I saw a hatch to get in the last room but there was a bolt cutting door blocking it. That must be another way in

Impossible part is the last guard before the prototype. He is standing above the big door you open with the keycard. When you open it, he hears that and comes down into the room with the prototype and never leaves it again. Also for some reason the mind control is not working on him, I get no option to control him like others.
Stealth is soooo bad and broken, I can't count how many times I was spotted through walls and doors in this mission. Had I known, I would have just gone in guns blazing.

Edit: after reloading about 8 times he became mind controllable again, but as he keeps following me around I cannot shake him off, so he spots me the moment the control ends.
And: finally learning all the things the game never bothers to tell. When the mind controlled target is standing next to you, you can "talk" to them and toggle follow mode off it seems (E on PC).

Void form also helps.

This is RPG and this faction questline is for people who heavily invested in stealth, concealment, security and, hopefully, Starborn powers (Void Form is a must have) and know how to use Manipulation, an excellent skill which is specifically given to you for this mission. Remove your spacesuit to lower the noise factor, use Sense Star Stuff to monitor the guards’ movements, use Reconstim etc.
Learn the layout and the best, safest route. Trial and error sort of thing.
However, if you don’t have Stealth (at least level 2 or 3) and Void Form you would probably fail no matter what.
