Figured that out way to late.
Also turn flashlight off. Invest 1 oder 2 points into stealth.
-triggering the heating will send all staff home, giving you an easier time.
-Having atleast 1 stealth trait will help giving you a stealth bar.
-There are alot of vents and ceilings you can use to get where you want to.
-Quicksave (F5) and Quickload (F9) are your best friends.
-To get to the R&D you need to go via an elevator shaft that has a vent 1 floor below the lobby.
-Grab the keycard from the desk at the 2nd terminal to get into the last room.
-Use the (expert or master) terminal in last room to disable alarm
-Close curtains via a switch in last room to not get spotted by guards.
-When you need to slip past 1 single guard that does not seem to patrol, use your neuroimplant to temporarily distract him.
After about 2 hours and alot of Quicksaving/Loading i completed a 100% stealth run.
I found if you run under the turret while its looking away and then move again when its turned you can get past it pretty reliably.
Still that was by far the most difficult mission I've done yet.
I saw a hatch to get in the last room but there was a bolt cutting door blocking it. That must be another way in
Stealth is soooo bad and broken, I can't count how many times I was spotted through walls and doors in this mission. Had I known, I would have just gone in guns blazing.
Edit: after reloading about 8 times he became mind controllable again, but as he keeps following me around I cannot shake him off, so he spots me the moment the control ends.
And: finally learning all the things the game never bothers to tell. When the mind controlled target is standing next to you, you can "talk" to them and toggle follow mode off it seems (E on PC).
Learn the layout and the best, safest route. Trial and error sort of thing.
However, if you don’t have Stealth (at least level 2 or 3) and Void Form you would probably fail no matter what.
Skill issue. L2P or face the consequences
